The Carriage House is available for wedding receptions, bridal showers, birthday parties, and special occasions.  The two-story venue has a kitchen, two bathrooms, and tables/chairs for 50 guests. The rental includes the use of the china, crystal, flatware, punch cups, and coffee urns. Tablecloths (white or black) are available for rent.
